I cannot recommend Marti Bogue highly enough. Her professionalism and integrity are second to none. I first reached out to Marti in February 2024 in response to a listing I’d seen in Calgary. I had also reached out to numerous other realtors in Calgary after seeing their listings and either received a generic automated response with no followup, or no response at all. Marti was different. She took the time to respond thoughtfully in order that she could fully understand my situation.
I was acutely aware that I was a first time buyer in Canada who was out of province at the time. I admit, I was concerned that some realtors might want to take advantage of this situation and literally sell me anything in order to make a sale. Marti immediately put my mind at rest of these concerns as it was very apparent she had my best interests at heart from the outset.
She went above and beyond to provide honest advice regarding listings. Her expertise and integrity came through from the very beginning and I knew I could trust her with the biggest purchase of my life. Her patience was unwavering (including virtual viewings and phone calls) and I finally made the move to the province a year later and as soon as I arrived, Marti made herself available to help me find the home that is perfect for me and my family.

Marti helped me buy my home last year when the market was tight, prices were high and inventory was low.

Then when we found the property that I wanted, which was over priced even in a market where everything was going for asking or way more, she held her ground and I ended up getting my fabulous townhouse for $40k less than asking. Marti is simply the best! My husband and I moved from out-of-province to Calgary and frankly started out a little lost in terms of who we should turn to for assistance in making a purchase here.
